You MUST submit the form below to confirm your total number by November 20th! Even if you aren't dropping spots, we still need your commitment for your spots submitted.
Whatever number you submit below is the number you are agreeing to pay in full for on December 1st.
December 1st is the last day that you can drop spots and not be charged the full amount for those students. Upon dropping, deposits cannot be applied to your remaining balance or transferred to a future event. They are non-refundable.
Your final balance is due by December 1st. After the November 20th deadline, you are responsible for paying for the number of students and leaders listed in your registration at full price.
REMEMBER: You may always continue to add spots after the drop deadline as long as space is available! If you drop any spots after this November 20th deadline, you still will have to pay for those spots in full!
