Crossroads Winter Conference is designed specifically for teenagers to enrich the spiritual lives of individuals or groups who desire to grow stronger in their relationship with the Lord. Come ready to learn from incredible Bible teachers and worship alongside gifted worship leaders.
We'll dive into deep-rooted, Gospel-centered experiences to fix our eyes on what is unseen and eternal, to transform our thinking, to encourage next steps, and to foster relationships that lead to rich faith and community.
While we truly believe anyone can benefit from this incredible event, this is the perfect winter retreat for middle and high school students.

Yes! However, they're all paid lots surrounding the venue. We recommend booking a hotel nearby in order to eliminate the extra planning of where to park since parking ranges from $10-$20 each time you park. All day parking is very limited.
You will be responsible to book your own housing! Click here to see some of our hotel recommendations in the area. Our team will be staying within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center.
The registration fee does not include meals. However, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
The conference is $125/person. This conference fee covers admission and conference materials; however, it does not cover lodging or meals.
Deposits of $25/spot are due at the time of registration. Please remember that all deposit payments are non-refundable and do not transfer to your final balance. The remaining balance of $100/spot is due by December 1 as well as all event forms.
Note: Spots cannot be held without a deposit.
All attendees under 18 joining us must be registered with at least one adult (18 or older) per every 8-10 students.
These tickets will be unnamed, so you may distribute them however you wish!
You must cancel unwanted/unfilled spots by December 1st in order to not be held to the remaining balance of $100/spot. Deposits are non-refundable no matter when you cancel.
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at the conference, and children will not be allowed in sessions. Please make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs.
Upon your arrival, look for "Help Desk" signs. If you're bringing a group, only the leader is required to check-in.
You will be assigned to blocked seating that will rotate between sessions. More information on this will come closer to the event!
You may bring a small backpack with you into the building, but you will be responsible for your belongings at all times. There will be no storage locations for bags or personal items.

We will be making specific decisions on any health and safety guidelines as we get closer to the event date. For now, we certainly hope that there will be no need to practice any specific restrictions. However, the conference will uphold any current guidelines or restrictions that are in place from either national, local authorities, and/or the host city of Gatlinburg.
In short, if we cancel the event entirely due to weather, each group will be refunded. If your specific group or individuals in your group are unable to attend due to concerns about weather, but the conference is still being held, we will not be offering refunds. Finally, if your region of the country is being impacted differently than our conference region, we will discuss your specific needs/concerns on a case-by-case basis.
